Postage, Packing and Delivery

The delightful Maid does try and keep her carriage rates as competitive and fair as possible. Her gifts require careful packaging so she takes time to make sure your items are forwarded on to you in a secure and competent fashion. She promises not to use seaweed as ribbon, but will look to package in recycled materials where possible.

This Maid is a particular fan of the Royal Mail, 1st Class Tracked (usually delivered within 3 working days). 

Orders are generally dispatched within 48 hours, however please note, this is a "very" rural business with a 20 mile round trip to the Post Office, despatching quickly can be affected by postal strikes or weather conditions i.e heavy snow, flooding etc. I know you would think in flooding she would get it to you quicker but alas she is landlocked.

If this was the case she would contact you immediately to advise and cancel/refund your order if the turnaround was not acceptable.

Being the shy and retiring type she is, she currently only ships orders within the UK. Those big seas scare her so.
